Additionally, being right next to the lake provides stunning views that can be enjoyed from the rooms. Moreover, the hotel offers convenient overnight parking for guests, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The service provided by the staff is commendable, with attentive and friendly staff members who go above and beyond to cater to the guests' needs. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a clean bathroom with all toiletry and hair dryer facilities, make for a comfortable stay. A view of the lake from our window. Even the New Chitose airport was not so far. We would love to stay here again if we go to Sobetsu

My partner and I recently had a romantic escape at a huge hotel with spectacular lake views. The onsen was one of the best experiences we've ever had, with both indoor and outdoor baths that overlooked the lake. The newly refurbished facilities were excellent, which added to our overall satisfaction. The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming, adding value to our stay. We also enjoyed the private beachfront area that was offered by the hotel, which was a great tourist attraction and facilitated a sense of relaxation.
Despite these best aspects, the hotel had some drawbacks. The old rooms could have used a refresh, and some had a stale cigarette odor that was unappealing.

Spending Christmas at this resort was such a treat. the view of the lake was breathtaking, especially during the daily fireworks display. the onsen bath was the highlight of our stay. the outdoor and indoor baths overlooked the lake, making it such a relaxing experience. the buffet breakfast was heavily tilted towards Japanese food and quite authentic.
The resort is situated a bit far from the town attractions. the few restaurants in town were also quite limited, making it hard to find food options.

We had a wonderful stay with many things to do. The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, with a fine view of the lake. The staff provided the best service and the food was well-varied in both dinner and breakfast. We also enjoyed the hot spring area, both indoor and outdoor, with a perfect spot to watch fireworks.
Nothing to dislike.
